Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

Limited Seats Available. Pre- Registration is recommended.
Age: 12 Yrs and above
Physical Intensity: High
No prior experience in yoga is required
Please come on an empty stomach condition: Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, and beverage or cigarette 1.5 hours before the class.

Due to the nature of the practices taught, there are some contraindications. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time.
• Women who are planning or currently pregnant.
• Anyone who has had a major open surgery within the last 6 months.
• Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks.

GUIDELINES FOR HATHA YOGA PROGRAMS
• Carry your own yoga mat, cushion & water bottle 
• Participants entry will start 30 minutes & close 5 minutes before session timing. 

Session Timing :
29 September -3 October, 2025 Daily : 6:30 AM - 8:45 AM

Attendance is mandatory for all the sessions.
